35. הבטחת תביעות שבמחלוקת
על החייב להבטיח תשלום דיבידנד, בשיעור שנקבע בפשרה, לנושים שתביעותיהם שנויות במחלוקת, אם ישנן כאלה, עד שיינתן בהן פסק דין סופי.
