37. ביטול פשרה
בוטלה פשרה, חייב הנאמן לביצועה למסור לכונס הרשמי או לנאמן בפשיטת רגל, אם נתמנה, את נכסי החייב שהגיעו לידיו, בצירוף דין וחשבון על אותם הנכסים.
