56. ראיה על משלוח הודעה
תעודה מאת הכונס הרשמי או פקידו או תצהיר מאת הנאמן או מטעמו כי הודעה על דבר אסיפת הנושים נשלחה כהלכה, תשמש ראיה מספקת שהודעה כזו אמנם נשלחה כהלכה לכל אדם שאליו נמענה.
