61. זכות הצבעה
(א)זכות ההצבעה באסיפה תינתן רק לנושה שהגיש כדין תביעת חוב נגד החייב.
(ב)ניתן צו כינוס נגד שותף בשותפות, יהא כל נושה שהשותף חב לו יחד עם שותפים אחרים בשותפות, רשאי להצביע באסיפת הנושים.
