70. איסור קבלת טובת הנאה
שלוח אינו רשאי להצביע באסיפה בעד החלטה העשויה, במישרין או בעקיפין, לאפשר לו או לשותפו או למעבידו לקבל כל טובת הנאה מנכסי החייב, מלבד שיעור הדיבידנד המגיע לו כאחד מנושי החייב; אולם אם יש בידו יפוי כוח להצביע בעד מינויו הוא לנאמן, רשאי הוא להצביע על פיו.
