13. הפרעה במילוי תפקיד
מי שמפריע לאחראי לבטיחות או לסדרן בטיחות במילוי תפקידם לפי חוק זה או מי שאינו מקיים את הוראותיהם, דינו – מאסר שנה אחת או קנס 1000 לירות.
