16. אחריות המנהלים של חבר בני אדם
נעברה עבירה לפי סעיף 12 על־ידי אחראי לבטיחות שהוא חבר בני־אדם, יהא אשם בעבירה גם כל מי שבעת ביצוע העבירה היה מנהל או מזכיר של אותו חבר, זולת אם הוכיח אחד משני אלה:
(1)העבירה נעברה שלא בידיעתו;
(2)הוא נקט באמצעים סבירים למניעת ביצוע העבירה.
