9. הפסקת הכניסה למקום האסיפה
נוכח קצין משטרה בדרגת פקד או מעלה במקום שבו מתקיימת אסיפה ויש לו יסוד סביר להניח כי המספר המקסימלי של בני־אדם שמותר להם להיות במקום לפי כל חיקוק כבר נמצאים בו, רשאי הוא לצוות על הפסקת הכניסה לאותו מקום.
