השר ידווח לוועדת המשנה למודיעין ולשירותים חשאיים של ועדת החוץ והביטחון של הכנסת בתחילת כל שנה, על החלטות הוועדה שמונתה לפי סעיף 2 שנתקבלו לפי הוראות חוק זה בשנה שקדמה לה.
