Section 8 of תקנות הסדרת העיסוק במקצועות הבריאות (סדרי בחינות), התש״ע–2009, כהונתו של חבר ועדת בחינה.
8. כהונתו של חבר ועדת בחינה
(א)תקופת כהונתו של חבר ועדת בחינה תהא שלוש שנים מיום מינויו ויכול שיתמנה לתקופות כהונה נוספות; חבר הוועדה שתקופת כהונתו תמה יוסיף לכהן בתפקידו עד למינוי חבר ועדה אחר במקומו.
(ב)לא השתתף חבר ועדת הבחינה בשלוש ישיבות רצופות של הוועדה בלא סיבה סבירה, לדעת יושב ראש הוועדה, יראוהו כמתפטר מהוועדה, ובלבד שניתנה לו הזדמנות להשמיע את טענותיו לפני המנהל.
