15. תפקידי הועדה
הועדה תייעץ לממונה בנושאים אלה:
(1)תקנים וכללי בטיחות בהקמת מיתקנים רדיואקטיביים, מיתקני קרינה ובעיסוק בהם;
(2)תקנים וכללי בטיחות הנוגעים לעיסוק בחומרים רדיואקטיביים;
(3)הכשירויות הדרושות לנותני שירותים לענין תקנה 8;
(4)כל נושא אחר שהממונה יבקש בו את עצת הועדה.
