לא יעסוק אדם בקרינה מיננת, בקרינה בלתי מיננת, במיתקני קרינה, במיתקנים רדיואקטיביים, בחמרים רדיואקטיביים ובמוצרים המכילים חומרים רדיואקטיביים אלא אם מולאו הוראות תקנות אלה ובהתאם להם.
