3ב. צו הגבלה – תשלומי כפיית ציות
תיקון: תשפ״ד
בית הדין רשאי, בצו הגבלה, להטיל על מי שניתן נגדו הצו, תשלומי כפיית ציות לטובת מי שפסק הדין ניתן לזכותו, בדרך של תשלומים עיתיים או בדרך אחרת, במטרה להביא לקיום פסק הדין לגירושין ובשים לב למצבו הכלכלי של מי שניתן נגדו הצו; קוים פסק הדין, יעמוד התשלום בתוקפו, אלא אם כן קבע בית הדין, מטעמים מיוחדים שיירשמו, שיש לבטל תשלום, כולו או חלקו, שטרם נגבה; אין בהוראות סעיף זה כדי לגרוע ממזונות מעוכבת גט.
