5. מניעת תשלומי כפל
תיקון: תשל״ד, תשל״ה, תשל״ז, תשמ״ב
שולמה לזוכה גימלה להבטחת הכנסה לפי חוק הבטחת הכנסה, התשמ״א–1980, בעד תקופה שבעדה הוא זכאי לתשלום לפי חוק המזונות (הבטחת תשלום), התשל״ב–1972, רשאי המוסד לנכות מהתשלום את סכום הגימלה, כולו או מקצתו, ובלבד שלא ינוכה יותר מסכום התשלום המגיע בעד אותה תקופה.
