8. תובענה נגד המוסד
(א)תובענה לפי סעיפים 13 ו־14(ג) לחוק תוגש לבית דין אזורי לעבודה לכל המוקדם בתום שלושים יום מהיום שהוגשה למוסד בקשה שהיא נושא התובענה, זולת אם הזוכה קיבל לפני כן את החלטת המוסד לענין הבקשה.
(ב)החליט המוסד בבקשה ונמסרה למבקש הודעה על כך, תוגש התובענה תוך ששה חדשים מיום מסירת ההודעה למבקש.
