4. הוראות מעבר
מי שהשתתף בקורס הכשרה שנערך על ידי המשרד להכשרת בקר מורשה מטעמו לפני יום תחילתן של תקנות אלה ויש בידו תעודה המעידה כי עבר בהצלחה את הבחינה שנערכה בסיום הקורס האמור, יראו אותו כאילו עבר קורס הכשרה לפי תקנה 2(ג), אם עמד בהוראות תקנה 3(ב)(2) או (3), לפי העניין, לגבי המועד הראשון לבחינת כשירותו.
