8. ביצוע ותקנות
(א)שר המשפטים ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה.
(ב)שר המשפטים רשאי להתקין תקנות בכל ענין הנוגע לביצוע חוק זה, ובכללן תקנות בענין סדרי דין, אגרות בית משפט וערעור.
