5. החזר גמלה
ראש רשות יקבל את הגמלה מהרשות המקומית שבה כיהן לאחרונה, והיא תהיה זכאית להחזר חלק מכספי הגמלה מרשויות או גופים אחרים שתקופת כהונה בהם הובאה בחשבון כאמור בסעיף 3(4), או מחליפיהם, בשיעורים יחסיים לתקופת הכהונה בכל רשות וגוף.
