3. דיור ציבורי
תיקון: תשע״ד
(א)ותיק מלחמה נזקק הזכאי ממשרד הבינוי והשיכון לסיוע בתשלום שכר דירה, זכאי לתוספת בשיעור של 10% מסכום הסיוע שהוא זכאי לו.
(ב)שר העלייה והקליטה ושר הבינוי והשיכון, בהסכמת שר האוצר, יקבעו הוראות בדבר מתן עדיפות לדיור בהשכרה ציבורית לוותיקי מלחמה נזקקים מחוסרי דיור.
