6. סייג לתחולה
הוראות חוק זה לא יחולו על גזר דין או החלטה של בית דין צבאי, על פרט רישום כמשמעותו בסעיף 2 לחוק המרשם הפלילי, שעניינו גזר דין או החלטה כאמור, ועל כתב אישום שהוגש או שניתן להגישו לבית דין צבאי.
