1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”המועצה“ – המועצה לספריות ציבוריות שהוקמה לפי סעיף 8 לחוק;
”יושב ראש“ – יושב ראש המועצה, ובהיעדרו – ממלא מקומו הקבוע, שהשר מינה אותם מבין חברי המועצה.
