13. מדיניות ההשקעות של הקרן
הכותרת ”הדרך להשגת המטרה – מדיניות ההשקעות של הקרן“, ו”מדיניות ההשקעות של הקרן“, לרבות ציון עמדה לעניינים אלה:
(1)הנכסים שמנהל הקרן מתחייב כי הקרן תהיה חשופה אליהם וכן נכסים שמנהל הקרן מתחייב שהקרן לא תהיה חשופה אליהם, והשיעורים המזעריים והמרביים, אם נקבעו;
(2)אם הקרן מוגבלת או בלתי מוגבלת בניירות ערך חוץ;
(3)הדרך שבה הקרן תנוהל – אם מנהל הקרן מתעתד לנהלה בדרך מיוחדת.
