שר האוצר ידווח לוועדת השרים לענייני ביטחון לאומי ולוועדת החוץ והביטחון של הכנסת, בתחילת כל שנה, על סך הכספים שהוקפאו מהכספים שמעבירה ממשלת ישראל לרשות הפלסטינית בהתאם לחוקי היישום, כנגד כספים שמעבירה הרשות הפלסטינית לרצועת עזה.
