16. החזר הוצאות
חברי המועצה לא יהיו זכאים לשכר בעד חברותם במועצה, אך יהיו זכאים להחזר הוצאות שיוציאו במילוי תפקידם, כפי שיקבע השר, בהסכמת שר האוצר, ובלבד שאינם זכאים לקבל ממקור אחר החזר הוצאות.
