28. הטיפול בחומר ארכיוני
(א)הטיפול בחומר ארכיוני הנוגע ישירות לגוש קטיף שהועבר לארכיון כאמור בסעיף קטן (ב) או שנאסף על ידי המרכז יהיה נתון לארכיון.
(ב)השר, לאחר התייעצות עם הגנז ועם מנהל המרכז, יקבע בתקנות את סוגי החומר הארכיוני הנמצא בגנזך או במוסד ממוסדות המדינה אשר יועבר לארכיון.
(ג)חומר ארכיוני כאמור בסעיף קטן (ב) יועבר לארכיון, כמקור או בהעתק, באופן שיורה הגנז.
