7. אצילת סמכויות היועץ המשפטי לממשלה
תיקון: תשע״א
היועץ המשפטי לממשלה רשאי לאצול לפרקליט המדינה ולמשנה לפרקליט המדינה את הסמכויות הנתונות לו לפי סעיף 3(א)(3).
