תיקון: תשס״ו, תשע״ו־2
(א)אירע דבר העשוי להיות חשוב למשקיע סביר השוקל רכישה או פדיון או מכירה של יחידות של הקרן ואינו אחד מהענינים המנויים בתקנות אלה לרבות שינוי מהותי בעניין או באירוע המפורטים בתשקיף מנהל הקרן, העשוי להיות חשוב למשקיע סביר כאמור, יובאו בדוח פרטים בדבר האירוע.
(ב)לדוח יינתן פרסום בעיתון אם הורה על כך יושב ראש הרשות.
