24. הודעה על החזקת יחידות
תיקון: תשס״ו, תשס״ח
בהודעה על רכישת יחידות של קרן מקורבת בידי גורם מקורב או על שינוי במספר יחידות הקרן המקורבת המוחזקות בידיו, כאמור בסעיף 49(ב) לחוק, ייכללו גם הפרטים האלה:
(1)שמו של הגורם המקורב;
(2)אם ההודעה היא על שינוי במספר היחידות – מספר היחידות שהוא מחזיק במועד מתן ההודעה ומספר היחידות שהחזיק לפני השינוי.
