4. פרטים שייכללו בדו״ח
תיקון: תשס״ו
(א)דו״ח יכלול את הפרטים הנדרשים בתקנות אלה כמפורט בטופס הדיווח ופרטים נוספים הדרושים להבנת הענין או האירוע, והם ינוסחו ככל האפשר בלשון פשוטה וברורה.
(ב)דו״ח ישא תאריך, וייחתם בידי מנהל הקרן או הנאמן; בצד החתימה יצוינו שם החותם ותפקידו.
(ג)בדו״ח יצוין מועד האירוע או הענין המדווחים, ואם לא היו ידועים למדווח – המועד שבו נודע עליהם, זולת אם צוין אחרת בתקנות אלה.
(ד)(נמחקה).
