13. הפרת הוראות הדין
בעל יחידה של קרן חוץ שהוצעה בישראל זכאי לתבוע את מנהל קרן החוץ ואת נציגו בבית משפט בישראל, לפי העניין, בשל נזק שנגרם לו עקב הפרה של הוראה לפי החוק שנעשתה בידי מי מהם, או בשל הפרה של הדין שעל פיו פועלת הקרן בידי מנהל קרן החוץ.
