5. רכישת יחידות קרן בידי מנהל קרן
בעת הקצאת יחידות קרן לראשונה, ירכוש מנהל הקרן יחידות של הקרן בשיעור שאינו נמוך מחמישה חלקי תשעים וחמישה מכמות היחידות שנרכשה בהצעה; מנהל קרן ירכוש יחידות כאמור במחיר השווה למחיר היחידות שנרכשו; רכש יועץ לקרן יחידות של הקרן, יראו אותן לעניין סעיף קטן זה כאילו רכש אותן מנהל הקרן; בתקנה זו, ”מנהל הקרן“ – מנהל הקרן, אדם השולט במנהל הקרן או חברה בשליטת אדם כאמור.
