3. מועד הגשת דו״חות
דו״ח לפי תקנה 1 ודו״ח על ביטול הצעת יחידות ועל הסיבה לביטולה יגיש מנהל קרן, ויפרסמו בעתון, לא יאוחר משני ימי עסקים לאחר תום התקופה להגשת הזמנות ליחידות בהצעה ראשונה של היחידות, או לאחר היום שבו התקיים מכרז ליחידות הקרן, בהצעה אחרת.
