45ט. תשקיף מכרז
תיקון: תשע״ו
תשקיף מכרז ייערך במתכונת תשקיף קרן סגורה חדשה, בשינויים אלה:
(1)בכל מקום בתשקיף, במקום ”תשקיף קרן חדשה“ יבוא ”תשקיף מכרז“;
(2)בכריכת התשקיף, בהפניה מכותרת התשקיף תבוא הערת שוליים בזו הלשון "תשקיף הצעת יחידות לציבור, שאינה הצעה לראשונה.
