5. חתימה על התשקיף
תיקון: תשע״ו
(א)התשקיף יהיה חתום לפי סעיף 30 לחוק; לצד חתימת הנאמן על התשקיף רשאי הוא לציין כי בחתימתו זו הוא מאשר את המידע הנוגע לקרנות להן הוא משמש נאמן בלבד.
(ב)בתשקיף יצוינו שמות הדירקטורים של מנהל הקרן שחתמו על התשקיף; נעשתה חתימה בידי אדם שדירקטור הרשה אותו לחתום במקומו על התשקיף – יצוין הדבר, לרבות שם החותם והדירקטור שבשמו חתם.
