14. השתתפות באסיפות מחזיקים
מנהל קרן ישתתף ויצביע באסיפות מחזיקים כאמור בסעיף 77 לחוק, לגבי ניירות ערך המוחזקים בקרנות מחקות שבניהולו, ובלבד שניירות ערך אלה מוחזקים במועד הקובע גם בקרנות שאינן קרנות מחקות שבניהולו.
