4. שיווק תכשירי אפינפרין למחזיק במוסד חינוך
(א)על אף האמור בפקודת הרוקחים, רוקח בבית מרקחת ורוקח אחראי בבית מסחר לתרופות רשאים לשווק תכשירי אפינפרין למחזיק גם בלא מרשם, ובלבד שהמחזיק חתם בפני מי מהם על הצהרה בנוסח הקבוע בתוספת.
(ב)רוקח אחראי בבית מרקחת או בבית מסחר לתרופות ישמור הצהרה חתומה כאמור בסעיף קטן (א) בבית המרקחת או בבית המסחר לתרופות, לפי העניין.
