שווי מניה ליום מסחר שהוציאה קרן גידור, המוחזקת בקרן ייחודית, הוא המחיר כאמור בתקנה 3א(2)(א) לתקנות הנכסים שפורסם לאחרונה לפני אותו יום, ואם נרכשה לאחר שפורסם – המחיר ששולם בעד המניה בעת רכישתה בעד הקרן הייחודית.
