11. הזמנה בכתב לתייר מרפא
(א)סוכן תיירות מרפא ימסור לתייר המרפא הזמנה כמשמעותה בסעיף 17(א) מאת המוסד הרפואי, ויקבל את אישורו להזמנה בכתב, ויחולו לעניין זה הוראות סעיף 17(ג) ו־(ד), בשינויים המחויבים; סוכן תיירות המרפא יצרף להזמנה הצעת מחיר מטעמו.
(ב)הוראות סעיף זה לא יחולו אם המוסד הרפואי מסר לתייר המרפא, במישרין, הזמנה והצעת מחיר לפי סעיף 17.
