16. איסור התקשרות למטרת תיווך לתיירות מרפא עם מי שאינו רשום במרשם
לא יתקשר מוסד רפואי עם אדם לביצוע תיווך לתיירות מרפא ולא ישלם לאדם תשלום בעד תיווך לתיירות מרפא, אלא אם כן אותו אדם רשום במרשם, למעט אם הוא פטור מרישום לפי הוראות סעיף 2(ג).
