31. תקופת כהונה
(א)חבר ועדת המשמעת ימונה לתקופה של ארבע שנים, ורשאי השר לשוב ולמנותו לתקופת כהונה אחת נוספת.
(ב)הודעה על מינוי חברי ועדת המשמעת תפורסם באתר האינטרנט של המשרד.
