33. העברה מכהונה
השר רשאי, בהודעה בכתב, להעביר חבר ועדת המשמעת מכהונתו, בהתקיים אחד מאלה:
(1)נבצר ממנו דרך קבע למלא את תפקידו;
(2)התקיים בו האמור בסעיף 30(2) או (3);
(3)התקיימו בו נסיבות אחרות שבשלהן אין הוא ראוי לכהן כחבר ועדת המשמעת.
