72. ביצוע ותקנות
תיקון: תשפ״ג
(א)השר ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה, והוא רשאי להתקין תקנות בכל עניין הנוגע לביצועו.
(ב)השר, באישור ועדת הבריאות, רשאי לקבוע הוראות בעניינים אלה:
(1)התמורה המרבית שתשולם לסוכן תיירות מרפא בעד תיווך לתיירות מרפא;
(2)כללי אתיקה לסוכני תיירות מרפא.
(ג)השר, באישור ועדת הבריאות, רשאי לקבוע אגרות בעד בקשה לרישום במרשם או לחידוש רישום במרשם.
