Section 18 of תקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות פרטנית לתלמיד ולהורה), התשע״ח–2018, התאמות נגישות לתלמיד או הורה עם מוגבלות.
18. התאמות נגישות לתלמיד או הורה עם מוגבלות
(א)סוגי העזרים והיקפם יינתנו לתלמיד לפי הצרכים, ובהתחשב בגילו של התלמיד, וככלל מתוך רשימת ההתאמות בתוספת השנייה.
(ב)נוסף על האמור בתקנות אלה זכאי תלמיד או הורה עם מוגבלות, להתאמות נגישות נוספות, לפי הצורך, בין השאר בהתחשב בתקן הישראלי, בהנחיות הטכניות, במטרה לאפשר לו נגישות למוסד החינוך ולשירות הניתן בו.
