העסקת משתקמים לפי חוק זה פטורה מחובת מכרז לפי כל דין; ואולם הוראות סעיף זה לא יחולו על התקשרות עם גורם שיקומי מלווה לצורך מתן ליווי שיקומי תומך תעסוקה.
