1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”כותרת מאפיינת של קרן“ – כותרת מאפיינת ולפיה על מנהל הקרן לסווג את הקרן לפי תקנה 2(א) לתקנות השקעות משותפות בנאמנות (סיווג קרנות לצורך פרסום), התשס״ח–2007 (להלן – תקנות הסיווג);
”פרופיל חשיפה“ – כמשמעותו בתקנות הסיווג.
