19. חובת המגוייסים
מי שנקרא לשירות עבודה, בין כמגוייס־פנים ובין כמגוייס־חוץ (להלן – מגוייס), חייב להתייצב בזמן, במקום ולפני הרשות שנקבעו לכך בצו ולבצע כל עבודה שתוטל עליו מזמן לזמן על ידי מי שנקבע לכך בצו או מטעמו ולהמשיך באופן סדיר בעבודה זו כל עוד הצו בתקפו; לא התייצב כאמור, רשאי המפקח הכללי על כוח האדם או המפקח המרחבי להורות לשוטר להביא את האדם לפניו או לפני מי שיורה.
