35. עונשין על עבירות לפי פרק ד׳
(א)מגוייס שאינו מקיים את המוטל עליו לפי פרק ד׳, דינו – מאסר שלוש שנים.
(ב)מגוייס שביקש שלא בתום לב בדיקה רפואית נוספת לפי סעיף 20(ד), דינו – קנס אלף לירות.
