37. העסקת מגוייס ללא היתר
המעסיק ביודעין מגוייס שלא במפעל שאליו גוייס וללא היתר בכתב מאת המפקח הכללי על כוח האדם או מאת מפקח מרחבי, דינו – מאסר שנה אחת או קנס 5,000 לירות, זולת אם הוכח שהעסקת המגוייס אינה מפריעה את ביצוע חובת שירות העבודה שהוטלה עליו.
