39. שירות עבודה ותפקיד נדרש
תיקון: תשס״ח
השר רשאי לפטור מי שחייב בשירות עבודה, פטור מלא או חלקי, ממילוי תפקיד נדרש ומהשתתפות בתמרוני הג״א לפי חוק ההתגוננות האזרחית, תשי״א–1951; השר לא יפטור כאמור אלא לאחר תיאום עם שר הבטחון או עם מי ששר הבטחון הסמיכו לכך.
