צו או הוראה אחרת שניתנו לפי חוק זה לא ייפסלו בגלל פגם בנוסח בלבד, וטעות בנקיבת שמו של האדם הנוגעת לו אינה פוגעת בחוקיותם זולת אם היה בה כדי להטעות.
